| Life with Angelina is . . . quiet. Wow how's that for unexpected? (yet greatly appreciated!) what a sweet little girl she is, never cries (well the occasionaly cat cry but it's too cute to be bothersome) Sofia is just in love with her sister and being a big helper. I am still getting over the csection, and last night I discovered that my incesion has opened, about half an inch in one part . . . my dr is still on vacation and I'm not fond of the dr filling in for him . . . so I'm praying a bandaid will do the trick?! anyhow, no leaving home for me today! Sofia has been exposed for the first time to the awe and wonder of breastfeeding. (well she can't remember that she had eaten the same way, lol) so naturally we found Sofia one day on the rocking chair, shirt hoisted up and trying to feed her baby doll. | | |

| Sofia is expressing that she isn't too fond anymore of the idea of having a new baby in the house. The other night daddy was telling her that he's about to have two princesses. She corrected him and said, one! Then she explained, She will be the queen and baby Angelina will be the princess. Of course we asked what that makes mommy, to which she said "the servant". But she quickly reassured daddy he's still and will always be the king. Yesterday we had company and they have a 9 mo old baby boy . . . Sofia was very interested in entertaining him and holding him , she did a great job too, but when they left she let out a big sigh and said "I think I'm really nervous about the baby". I just reassured her . . . "We all are honey, we all are! But it's going to be great" | | |
| Sofia recieved a box in the mail today, it is a box of her things that she adquired while visiting with my parents last month and that didn't fit in our carry on luggage. (right, we avoided the new fees for checked in luggage) She has been looking for the mail man every day and finally today her things came. The box was heavy and Sofia told me she knew why . . . because it had her BIG balloon in it! She got a balloon at the parade at Sesame Place that was almost as big as Sofia is. Of course to mail it we let the air out of it so she could have the uninflated balloon as a souvineer. So never you mind all the other toys and books and heavier items, Sofia is sure her big balloon is what made her box heavy. hmmm time for a science class I guess. | | |
